Our office in The Junction, Toronto — a space designed with your sensory profile in mind. All clinicians also offer online sessions across Ontario.

Our Shared Foundation

All three of us are Gestalt psychotherapists with many years of clinical experience and a deeply neurodiversity-affirming approach. Our practice is neurodivergent-led and SOGIE-divergent — Hope is AuDHD and non-binary (they/them), and Nima is BIPOC. Hope brings additional specialized academic training in autism.

Gestalt Psychotherapists

All three clinicians trained at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto in Relational-Embodied Gestalt therapy — a collaborative, present-focused approach.

Neurodiversity-Affirming

Your neurotype is not a deficit. We work with your brain, not against it — every clinician practices from a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed lens.

2SLGBTQIAA+ Affirming

All identities, relationships, and lived experiences are welcome here — including ENM, polyamory, kink, and asexual communities.
