A Bit About Me
With over 22 years of international experience in multilingual counseling, I have had the privilege of working with immigrants, displaced persons, and expats in Vienna, Montevideo, and Toronto. My practice is deeply rooted in a neurodiversity-affirming approach, providing compassionate and inclusive psychotherapy in French, Spanish, German, and English. I specialize in supporting marginalized populations and those within the LGBTQIA2S+ community, with a particular focus on issues such as addictions, sexuality, and mental health challenges.
My journey has been enriched by extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, including Gestalt, Family Constellations, Enneagram, Systemic Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and NLP. I have also volunteered extensively in crisis intervention and harm reduction, providing critical support in diverse settings such as the Burning Man Festival and Afrika Burn. As a former United Nations employee, I have contributed to humanitarian initiatives, including raising awareness about human trafficking.
Currently, I am engaged in private practice and continue my research in Neurocriminology as part of my Doctorate at the University of Valencia. My educational background includes a Professional Program in Gestalt Therapy from the Gestalt Institute of Toronto, a certificate in Clinical Sexology from the Sociedad Uruguaya de Sexología, and various other certifications in counseling and psychotherapy. My work is dedicated to helping individuals rediscover joy and build meaningful connections through a holistic and integrative approach to mental health and well-being.
