A Bit About Me

Helen had to interrupt her studies to take care of family, but she is a very experienced therapist with multiple interests and qualification.

In her own words: "The start of a healing journey isn’t easy and consider the questions you’re asking yourself. Are
you challenged and overwhelmed with navigating constant distraction and keeping up with
tasks? Have you had painful experiences with friends and loved ones where:  you were
misunderstood, your truth was distorted or you felt unheard and unseen?  Are you a Highly
Sensitive Person and/or living with ADHD or ASD?  Have you suffered trauma in your family of
origin?  If any of these issues sound familiar then let me help you process your experiences and
discover how to tap into unlimited (your true) potential.

I am a Relational Gestalt psychotherapist in training under Supervision with a warm and compassionate manner
when working with clients. I completed the 5-year training program at The Gestalt Institute of
Toronto and continue to train on how best to support the emotional and sensory needs of HSP,
ADHD and ASD clients along with trauma informed counselling and care for developmental,
intergenerational and incident trauma.  My learning journey is tailored to provide you with
strategies and support with: executive functioning, work related issues, relationship issues or
simply just to heal from the pain of traumatic experiences. Together we will work at your pace
and with your comfort level to uncover the stuck places in your life and the parts of yourself you
would like to bring to the surface again.

Asking for support takes courage and I want to hear your story!  Please feel free to book a free
consultation so we can discuss what you’d like to work on and see if we are a good match.  Let
me help you better understand the gifts of neurodivergence.  These gifts need: coaching in self
care, giving yourself permission to support your needs first and learning to hone your
exceptional intuitive gifts.  We have helped many neurodivergent families throughout the years.
Let us help you too!"
